Absolutely. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All information shared during your coaching session will remain 100% confidential and will not be shared with anyone. Furthermore, your data (name & Address) will never be shared with a third party.
Shortly after booking your coaching package, your coach will touch base with you via email in order to set up a time and day for your coaching session and to ask you to confirm your contact details. We will make sure to agree on a time and day that works for both parties, and your coach will be the one to reach out to you at the agreed time and day. Your coaching session will take place as quickly as possible.
We work with individuals and couples around the world, including Australia and in Asia so this won’t be an issue. We will make sure to take time differences into consideration and suggest a time that is convenient for both parties.
Coaching can work for anyone: individuals of all ages, genders, cultures, social status or sexual orientation. As long as you have the right mindset, and are willing to put in the work – we are here for you!
It is unfortunately not possible to pay for coaching sessions in installments at this time. All coaching packages must be paid for in full and up front.
Yes, it is possible for you to request to have video coaching sessions conducted over Skype or Zoom.
We would invite you to refer this request to your insurance provider along with the invoice that you will receive from us at the time of your booking.
Yes, it is possible for you to apply for in person coaching sessions. The prices will vary based on timing and availability and you will have to cover travel and accommodation costs.
We do not offer refunds on coaching sessions once service has been completed.
