My girlfriend and I broke up the second time and I need some help getting back together

hi, i was wondering what chance my boyfriend to love me again, we didn’t officially broke up, i’m just giving him space so he could think, and be himself (i considering this is our second breakup).he told me the reason is that he hate himself for making me cry, when i ask him if he hates me he always tell me that he does not, and he sorry for all the things he have done over and over again, and he just hate him self, and then told me that he does not love me anymore, that’s why he wants to breakup with me. i was surprise with my self how calm i am when we had that conversation, i told him that even he hates himself i will still love him more, that i’m at his side whenever he needs me, that i love him so much, that i’m hurting when he does that to himself, i don’t want to see him hurt and i will never breakup with him i’m just giving him space. i love him so much we’ve been together for almost 6yrs now, and now i told him that i would never contact him because i think he needs that. do you think he still loves me even he told me that he doesn’t? and what are the chance getting back together?

I was dating a man from Jan-May2015. He stopped talking to me unexpectedly and de-friended me from social media. I reached out a couple of times just to be friends and there was no response. July 2015, he contacted me again and told me he had fallen in love with me and couldn’t stop thinking about me, promised he would never do this again and begged for a second chance. We agreed to try again. We started a relationship and then he started backing off, finally one day he stopped communicating with me and I haven’t heard from him since. That was September 2016. He quit calling/texting but kept me on his social media. I finally deleted him as It made me miss him every time I saw him post anything. I replay our last time together constantly seeking for clues that this would happen and I have nothing. The only thing was he quit calling me as often but he acted normal when we were together. I will not reach out to him because I feel like if he wanted to be with me, he would. It is now December and I just can’t help but wonder if he will ever resurface. I have went out on a few dates but never feel that spark or connection. Any advice, thoughts, or helpful comments would be appreciated.

I was in a terrible breakup with the girl of my dreams she got involved with some bad influence friends that i may have been pretty hard on but in reality i was right she hung out with them far too much and they interfered in our relationship consistently. I had rent coming up and made a stupid comment about the promise ring I had bought her buying saying that i paid it off far too quickly, this infuriated her to which she vented to them next thing I know she comes back ring in box and breaks up with me. I was furious went and yelled at these so called friends and now I have a battery charge for simply shoving one of these guys after he touched me and she placed an order of protection and is now lying about events that never took place in our relationship. I strongly belive she is the girl for me what do I do

      Hi Don,
Thank you for your share. If you’re looking for a way to get your ex back, I encourage you to focus on yourself and how you can showcase how you’ve changed. It seems like your ex found you to be a bit controlling, and wanted power over who she hung out with. Eventually, she picked her judgement over yours to empower herself. I think you could benefit from a session with Adrian or I. We can help you develop a thorough game plan.
